These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of conveyance.law (the “Site”), which is operated by Conveyance Law, PLC (“Conveyance Law,” “the firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

Use of the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Conveyance Law. Scheduling a consultation or sending an email through addresses listed on the Site does not, on its own, establish a representation. An attorney-client relationship is created only when the firm and a client execute a written engagement letter that defines the scope of the representation.

Until a written engagement is in place, you should not send the firm any confidential information. Information you transmit through the Site or by unencrypted email may not be protected by the attorney-client privilege.

Information on the Site Is Not Legal Advice

The content on the Site is intended for general informational purposes only. It is not legal advice and should not be relied upon as legal advice. Legal outcomes depend on the specific facts of each matter and on the jurisdiction in which the matter arises. You should consult a qualified attorney before making decisions based on information you read on the Site.

The Site may include references to Iowa statutes, regulations, court decisions, and other legal authorities. Those references are accurate as of the date the relevant page was last updated, but the law changes over time. We do not undertake to update the Site to reflect every change in the law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and the design and layout of the Site itself, is the property of Conveyance Law or the firm’s licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, or otherwise commercially exploit the content without our prior written consent.
