Larry James is the founding attorney of Conveyance Law, PLC, where he leads the real estate and business law practice. He has represented developers, lenders, and business owners across Central Iowa for more than two decades, including as Iowa local counsel on tax credit and commercial real estate financings, and he is the founder and former chair of Urban Land Institute Iowa.
